Privacy Policy
Hachiware, LLC. ("we" or "us") sets out below how we handle user information in "PicoCraft: Island" (the "App"), a game for iPhone, iPad, and Android, its browser demo (the "Demo"), and this website.
1. Information the App Does Not Collect
The App does not collect any information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers (IDFA / Android Advertising ID).
The App does not connect to the internet. It does not include ads, analytics, crash reporting, or tracking, and it has no in-app purchases.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Your game progress (save data) and settings (music, sound effects, vibration, and language) are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. They are deleted when you delete the App.
On iPhone and iPad, if device backups (such as iCloud Backup) are turned on, the operating system may include your save data in those backups. These backups are stored by Apple's services. They are not sent to us, and we cannot see them.
3. Purchases
Purchases and payments for the App are made through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), and each company handles the payment information. We do not receive payment information such as credit card numbers.
Through each store's systems, we may receive order information such as the order number, purchase date, and country. We use it only to manage sales and to respond to inquiries such as refunds. For how each company handles your information, see Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
4. The Demo and This Website
The Demo and this website are delivered through the services of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). When you open a page, information generally included in communication, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you open, is processed on Cloudflare's servers. This is for delivering the pages and preventing unauthorized access. We do not use this information to analyze users. We do not use analytics, ads, or cookie-based tracking.
Your Demo progress and settings are stored only in your browser and are not sent to us. They are deleted when you clear your browser's site data.
The same applies when you open this website from the App's Menu.
5. Inquiries
If you contact us by email, we use your email address and the content of your inquiry (including any device model or OS information you provide) only to reply and to investigate problems. Inquiry emails are stored in the email service we use. To have them deleted, please contact us at the address in Section 9 from the email address you used.
6. Sharing with Third Parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide any information we obtain to third parties without your consent.
7. Children's Information
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may change this policy when necessary. The changed policy takes effect when it is posted on this page. Before we add anything to the App that collects information, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.
